Galleria Lazzara, Houston’s newest, hip and offbeat art destination, will host its February art reception tonight.  The opening will feature talented photography artists Patrick Talley, Matt Adams, Kurt Beswick, Karen Walrond, Eric Purtee, Steve Harris, Jill Hunter, Suzanne Ivey as they present their newest creations.
